ITALIAN CUISINE WITH MARIALAURA
Marialaura is from Reggio Calabria, a city in the extreme south of Italia, separated from Sicily only by the Strait of Messina. Her recipes are based on her grand mother’s secrets, her travels and her experiences with friends when the weather in Norway is not good.
On this course, she will teach you how to make ravioli, the dough, the filling and the sauce as well as this delicious Sicilian dessert which are Cannoli.
For this course, there will be 2 friends of Marialaura helping her : Daniela, who is from Puglia and is a specialist of dessert( she was working as a cake design in Italy) and Assunta, who is from Sicily and works as fresh pasta maker in Casa Gio.

Price: 400 kr / adult and only 350 kr for students and unemployed!
The price for the course is covering expenses related ingredients and administration/organization. Chefs are working pro-bono – so you are welcome to bring some cash for tips or you can use Vipps (just download the app) and send over tips with your mobile phone.
