Sushi with Yuuko and Tomomi
Yuuko is born and raised in Japan. After her marriage, she moved to Colorado where her knowldeges about making sushis helped her to work in sushi restaurant there.
Tomomi is a Japonese/english translator and she lives in Norway for 1 year now.
THey will explain you the different type of sushis and teach you how to make the following :
Tempura shrimp caterpillar roll
California roll (with crab sticks)
Salmon roll (raw salmon)
