Vietnamese cuisine with Tram
Tram is a Vietnamese-Norwegian who has started Banh Mi Nam Nam, a popup concept promoting quality Vietnamese street food in Stavanger.
Her passion is food as she was exposed to multicultural food scenes thanks to her journeys abroad (Denmark, Germany, France, Malaysia, Australia) and being married to a Frenchman. During her expatriation in Paris, she pursued a 6-month intensive professional chef training in Paris and thought she would never work in the kitchen ever again, but here she is, ready to share her passions, tricks and recipes with you.
Come along to learn from Tram some delicious traditional with a modern spin Vietnamese recipes and spend time with great people in a relaxed atmosphere!
