Vietnamese cuisine with Tomy
Tomy is a Vietnamese-Norwegian chef with passion for home-made food ♥
He loves healthy and good food, yet delicious and easy to make 😉 Cooking dinner every day Tomy loves experimenting with sauces, dips, dressings and soups, finding perfect combinations for the right flavour.
On this course he will introduce some authentic dishes that you would get served in a typical vietnamese family which is usually consisting of 1 to 3 courses: with fish/sea-food, meat or chicken; a soup and some fresh or steamed vegetables.
– Chicken with ginger and lemongrass
– Vegetable soup with Hammered beef
– Steamed cabbage, fresh tomatoes and cucumber
Price: 400 kr / adult and only 350 kr for students and unemployed!
The price for the course is covering expenses related ingredients and administration/organization. Chefs are working pro bono so you are welcome to bring some cash for tips or you can use Vipps (just download the app) and send over tips with your mobile phone.
