Finger Food with Jolanta – Duck breast “kushiyaki”

Serves 12

INGREDIENTS:

2 tbsp sesame seeds 

3 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp honey

2 tbsp sesame seeds oil 

10g ginger

1 duck breast (ca.400g)

12 wooden skewer (soaked in the water)

PREPARATIONS:

 

  • Cut the duck breast into thin slices.

 

 

  • Roast the sesame seeds in a pan until golden brown.

 

 

  • For the marinade, mix together the roasted sesame seeds, soy sauce, honey, sesame seeds oil and grated ginger. Add duck, cover with plastic wrap, and marinate for 20 min.

 

 

  • Skewer the duck breast and grill on a very hot grill pan on each side for approx 2 min.
