Finger Food with Jolanta – Salmon cream filling

Serves 15

 

INGREDIENTS:

100 g cream cheese

40 g sour cream

100 g fresh salmon

2 tsp horseradish

1 tsp capers

1 tsp lemon juice

1 sprig dill leaves (fresh)

5 cracked black pepper

salt

PREPARATIONS:

 

  • Season fresh salmon with salt and cook in the oven

 

 

  • Place all ingredients in a bowl and blend with hand blender until all blended

 

 

  • Place the filling into a piping bag
