Greek with Alexandra – Pita Bread

serves 4

INGREDIENTS: Tbsp : Tablespoon Ts : Teaspoon

500 gr flour
5 gr vinegar
20 gr honey
1 ts salt
2ts baking powder
235 gr water
Olive oil

PREPARATION:

  • In the kneading machines knead all the ingredients. Let it rest for 10 min
  • In the tortilla maker drizzled with flour and put a ball of 30 gr of dough.
  • Make the pita bread and with a spoon tap the surface.
  • Grill on a hot pan with just a drizzling of olive oil.
  • When grilled put them in a plastic bag for 10 min.
