Greek with Alexandra – Tzatziki

serves 8

INGREDIENTS: Tbsp : Tablespoon Ts : Teaspoon

150 gr cucumber
150 gr strained greek yogurt
1 glove garlic finely chopped or finely grated
½ ts salt
1 handful chopped dill
1-1.5 tbsp vinegar
1tbsp olive oil

PREPARATION:

  • Peel the cucumber and grate it finely.
  • Press away the juices to be as dry as possible
  • In a bowl combine the yogurt, the garlic and the cucumber
  • Add the remaining ingredients; mix the salad and put in in the fridge for 15-20 minutes for the flavours to set.
