4 white onion
600 gr Rice carnaroli
2 glasses White wine
- Cut finely the onion and fry in some oil until it gets yellowish.
- Cut the zucchini in small pieces and add it to the onion in the pan.
- Stir the mix for 1 min and then we add the white wine.
- Add rice and some water. Keep adding water, as it gets absorbed by the rice, until the rice is completely cooked (about 20 min or more).
Top up with some parmesan for decoration aaaaand voilá – bon appetit
