Italian Cuisine with Eliana – Chicken meat balls

Serves 6

INGREDIENTS: tsp = teaspoon tbsp = tablespoon

400 gt Minced Chicken meat 

1 Egg 

2 tbsp Breadcrumbs

2 Lemon 

3 tbsp Parmesan cheese

salt, pepper, butter, parsley and sage as needed

PREPARATIONS:

  • Blend meat, egg, breadcrumb, parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, parsley and some chopped sage leaves in a pot

 

  •  Add lemon peel

  • Blend with bare hands to obtain a compact and homogenous mixture

  •  Create meatballs with your hands

  •  Pour some oil in a frying pan and warm up

  • Cook the meatballs for few minutes, then add some butter, sage, lemon juice and some lemon peel.

  •  Keep cooking for at least 10 minutes then serve hot
