Italian cuisine with Eliana – Z

INGREDIENTS: tsp = teaspoon tbsp = tablespoon

5 Zucchinis

400 gr Perletomater  (datterino types)

450 gr Mozzarella topping

150 gr Parmesan 

300 gr Leerdamer sliced cheese

Oil and salt as needed

PREPARATIONS:

 

  • Preheat the oven at 180°C
  • Cut the zucchini into thin slices
  •  Cut the tomatoes in small pieces
  • Oil a baking dish with olive oil
  •  In the baking dish, prepare the following layers: 

 

  1. Sliced zucchini (put some salt and a few drops of oil on them) 
  2. Mozzarella 
  3. Leerdamer sliced cheese 
  4. Parmesan cheese 
  5. Datterino type tomatoes
  •  Repeat the layers in the same order until the sliced zucchini are overComplete the last layer with Parmesan cheese on top

 

  • Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes, then raise to 220°C for an additional 5 minutes (total cooking time 25 minutes)
  • Rest for a few minutes out of the oven before serving.
