Korean cuisine with Jieun – Kimchi Jeon

Serves 3-4

INGREDIENTS: tsp = teaspoon tbsp = tablespoon

 

For the pancakes

  • 220g Kimchi
  • 250g Flour
  • 1 Egg
  • 100g Shrimp
  • 500ml Water
  • 5 tbsp Cooking oil
  • ½ tsp Pepper

For the sauce

  • 2 tbsp Soya sauce
  • 2 tbsp Vinegar
  • ½ tsp Red pepper powder
  • ½ tsp Sesame oil

 

DIRECTIONS :

  • Mix all the ingredients for the pancakes together
  • Put the cooking oil in the frying pan
  • Make flat cake and fried them on the both sides
  • For the sauce, just mix all the ingredients together
