Korean with Jieun – Mat Tang Fried sweet potatoes

serves 4

 

INGREDIENTS: Tbsp : Tablespoon  Ts : Teaspoon

  • 400g sweet potato
  • 100ml cooking oil
  • 1ts sesame seed
  • 2ts almond slices
  • 3ts honey
  • 3ts sugar

 

PREPARATION :

 

  • Wash sweet potato with clean tap water
  • Cut sweet potato square shape
  • Put oil onto a pan and hit in
  • Put all the square-cut sweet potatos on to the pan and fry them
  • Put 3 spoons of sugar and 3 spoons honey on them when they are yellowish
  • Fry till sugar and honey is melt away  
  • Sprinkle sesame seed and almond slices
