Korean with Jisu – Banchan Spicy cucumber salad and Bean sprout salad

INGREDIENTS:

Spicy cucumber salad

Cucumber 1

Thinly sliced onion 1/4

Chives, chopped

Garlic cloves 2

Soy sauce 2 Tbsp

Korean hot pepper flakes 2 tsp

Sesame oil 2 tsp

Sesame seeds 1 Tbsp

Sugar 1 tsp

 

Bean sprout salad

Bean sprouts 250 g

Salt 1 tsp

Chives, chopped

Sesame oil 2 tsp

Sesame seeds 1 tsp

Soy sauce 1 Tbsp

PREPARATIONS:

Spicy cucumber salad

  • Slice the cucumbers into thin diagonal slices
  • Slice onions, chop chives, grind garlic
  • Put all ingredients into a large bowl, mix thoroughly

Bean sprout salad

  • Blanch bean sprouts
  • Squeeze to get rid of water, as much as possible
  • Chop chives
  • Put all ingredients into a large bowl, mix thoroughly
