Huan was born and raised up in a culture of straightforward hospitality in Inner Mongolia in China. “Stay happy, stay Hungry” is the daily norm of people living there, as they are always looking for new and better things in their life, for instance a recipe! She loves passing forward the positive attitude to people around her, by sharing Chinese food especially.
After roaming in different countries, Huan moved in Norway with her husband years ago. She is now a new mother, a business owner, and a Chinese culture messenger.
