Baker

Jakob is from Greenland and came to Norway for it’s nature for many years ago, after working in different countries in Europe. He is educated chef and baker. He started by working in different restaurant kitchens in Stavanger and in 2001 started very small bread production at Ullandhaug organic farm. In 2009 he opened an organic bakery at Storhaug and in 2010 — a vegetarian organic café at the same place.
