Brazilian Street Food with Marilda Duda

Marilda Duda is from Minas Gerais – Brazil and moved to Norway in July 2010.
Aside from being an old-style housewife (no chef’s certificate) but working as a kitchen assistant in a Norwegian company, she used to be a Physical Education teacher for many years and loved setting up culinary competitions with my students.She loves to cook for friends and family, especially for her two Norwegian granddaughters who love to join her in the kitchen to prepare and/or try to prepare Brazilian, Norwegian and other dishes from around the world.

Menu will be :
1. Pão de Queijo = Brazilian Cheese Bread
2. Mandioca frita = Fried Manioc
3. Espetinho de Coalho + Mel = Grilled Brazilian Curd Cheese + Honey
4. Frango a Passarinho + vinagrete + limão = Brazilian Chicken Wings + Vinaigrette Salsa + lemon
5. Brigadeiro = Brazilian Fudge Balls

In order to meet the Norwegian Authorities’ regulations due to covid-19, we have to reduce the number of participants to 10 people maximum, and as consequences the ticket prices are increased. We hope for your understanding and looking forward to having you at our kitchen!
Price: 600 kr / pers || 550 kr for students
The price for the course is covering expenses related ingredients and administration/organisation. Chefs are working pro bono so you are welcome to bring some cash for tips or you can use Vipps (just download the app) and send over tips with your mobile phone.
