French Cuisine with Anne – Christmas Menu
Anne is french, born and raised in the South West of France. She came in Norway 6 months ago, following her partner who works in the Oil and Gas industry.
Before moving to Norway, she was running her own concept of restaurant during 3 years in Toulouse : it was a place where the guests were able to make their own dishes using only local, seasonal and organic food. There were also some gluten and local free options.
Anne used to cook with her grand mother and mother during childhood. Gastronomy has always been important in her family. Come her to learn more about french cuisine !
Menu will be : Chicken blanquette (chicken with cream sauce and mushrooms)
Chocolate log (typical Christmas french rolled cake with chocolate filling )
