Fermenting is one of the oldest methods to preserve the food and insure we get vitamins and nutrients whole year around. In our modern world with consumption of antibiotics and additives it becomes even more important to help the digestion system.
During the course you will learn to prepare your own pickled cucumbers, sauerkraut by a family recipe form Austria, pickled garlic and beetroot salad.

Price: 400 kr / pers || 300 kr for students
The price for the course is covering expenses related ingredients and administration/organization, but not a salary for the chef – so you are welcome to bring some cash for tips or you can use Vipps (just download the app) and send over tips with your mobile phone.
