The secret of a perfect tart with Jolanta

Who can resist a slice of homemade pie or tart, fresh from the oven?
It’s hard, isn’t it?
Come and join Jolanta who will guide you through the steps of creating
a tart from the scratch: mixing, rolling, and baking a perfect pastry crust.

The filling might be sweet or savoury – so you will prepare one of each:
– Frangipane – the foundation of some of the best tarts in existence
– Cheddar and leek tart – a marriage made in heaven.

Great cooking isn’t about the recipe – it’s about the technique.
Once you mastered few simple, but very important techniques, you’ll get
addicted to baking pies and tarts, improvising with fillings and feelings 😉

You will of course share the meal after the class!

Price: 400 kr per person / 350 kr for student and unemployed.

The price for the course is covering expenses related ingredients and administration/organization. Chefs are working pro bono so you are welcome to bring some cash for tips or you can use Vipps (just download the app) and send over tips with your mobile phone.
