Mexican cuisine with Patricia
Patricia comes from mid-west Mexico. She left her country 13 years ago, when she moved to the USA and lived there for 7 years. Next she moved to Stavanger in the summer of 2012. Since she left Mexico, she realized how much she misses her food, so she started to call her mom and ask for her recipes. She then started to learn to prepare authentic Mexican food and she enjoy it. In USA, Patricia received positive feedback from her American friends, for which she was preparing dinners regularly. They suggested that she should sell Mexican food when she’ll arrive in Norway :-). So she did 🙂 She recently started her own business with preparing and selling Mexican salsas, called Salsitas (https://www.facebook.com/salsitas.no/).

The price for the course is covering expenses related ingredients and administration/organization. Chefs are working pro bono so you are welcome to bring some cash for tips or you can use Vipps (just download the app) and send over tips with your mobile phone.
