Come along to learn from Alexandre some delicious recipes and spend time with great people in a relaxed atmosphere!
In 2017 Porto, the second Portuguese largest city, was elected for the third time “Best European Destination” of the year, by the Europen Consumers Choice.
When it comes to food, Porto knows few rival in Portugal. With the Atlantic Ocean on its doorsteps and river Douro going east, Porto and its traditions have a lot to offer to your senses.
Alexandre lived 7 years of his adult life in Porto and would like to give us an easy recipe for making and perfect for sharing.
On the menu will be: Arroz de pato – one of the most notable dishes (Duck Rice) made with duck, rice, chorizo and with melted cheese.
To complete our Porto trip experience, we will prepare a Summer Salad to will match our tasty and delicious Duck Rice.
Price: 400 kr / pers || 300 kr for students
This price will cover ingredients and expenses related to the rental and organization of the event. Alexandre will be remunerated by “donation” after the course.
