Sicilian cuisine with Jolanta SOLD OUT
Thanks to influence of different nationalities over many centuries, Sicilian food is a real mixed bag – a fusion cuisine that’s influenced by French, Arabic and North African settlers. Sicily has a distinct cuisine that’s steeped in history. A cuisine that’s fresh, varied, and absolutely delicious!

Menu will be :
1/ Arancini – this iconic Sicilian dish is the one thing you simply must try
2) Aubergine caponata – Sicily’s most famous dish across Europe.
3) Sweet – stuffed Sicilian pastries – Cassatelle di Agira
In order to meet the Norwegian Authorities’ regulations due to covid-19, we have to reduce the number of participants to 10 people maximum, and as consequences the ticket prices are increased. We hope for your understanding and looking forward to having you at our kitchen!

The price for the course is covering expenses related ingredients and administration/organisation. Chefs are working pro bono so you are welcome to bring some cash for tips or you can use Vipps (just download the app) and send over tips with your mobile phone.
