Skrei – the best of Norwegian Cod
Come along to learn from Bammut -our great chef with experience from different restaurants in Stavangers and outside!
This time he will teach us some great traditional Norwegian recipes based on season’s best gift from the sea – Skrei (read more here).
He will show how to deal with the whole fish and we will prepare together these dishes:
– fish soup
– skrei mølje
Price: 400 kr /pers || 350 kr for students or unemployed :-).
The price for the course is covering expenses related ingredients and administration/organization. Chefs are working pro bono so you are welcome to bring some cash for tips or you can use Vipps (just download the app) and send over tips with your mobile phone.
