Thai cuisine with Kittikanya – SOLD OUT

We are happy to welcome Kittikanya to our teachers team!!!
She was born and raised in Thailand with a family that have a lot of love in cooking. Growing up with a restaurant owned by her family had taught her a lot of skills in cooking Thai food. She loves travelling and had worked in some restaurants in Australia, both Thai restaurant and Ozzie favourite. She is an enthusiastic person and loves to share her knowledge about food.Menu will be

LARB GAI (Larb gai is Thailand’s version of a Western-style grilled chicken salad, except the chicken is not grilled–it’s stir-fried. This dish is classic, traditional Thai. While this recipe is made with chicken, in Thailand, pork and even beef are also used.
Larb gai is best served while the chicken is still hot from the pan and the greens are cold, though you can also serve it with rice. A key ingredient is fresh mint, which marries beautifully with the chicken)

In order to meet the Norwegian Authorities’ regulations due to covid-19, we have to reduce the number of participants to 10 people maximum, and as consequences the ticket prices are increased. We hope for your understanding and looking forward to having you at our kitchen!

Price: 600 kr/adult and only 550 kr/student or unemployed.

The price for the course is covering expenses related ingredients and administration/organization. Chefs are working pro-bono – so you are welcome to bring some cash for tips or you can use Vipps (just download the app) and send over tips with your mobile phone.
