Vegan Indian Cuisine with Monika

Monika is from North India but she has been living in Norway for the past 14 years. She has also been a part of an Indian cooking course in India. She organises food stalls all the time in Indian society in Stavanger and people enjoy the food from her stall a lot. She has a huge passion for cooking and she enjoys it a lot. She makes vegan, vegetarian & non-vegetarian food. This time she will be making vegan food. It will be healthy, tasty and delicious.☺


Tadka Dal (Tempered Lentil Curry)
Methi Paratha (Fenugreek Leaves bread)
Dhaniya chutney (Coriander sauce)
Shahi Toast (Dessert)

Price: 450 kr / pers || 380 kr for students

The price for the course is covering expenses related ingredients and administration/organisation. Chefs are working pro bono so you are welcome to bring some cash for tips or you can use Vipps (just download the app) and send over tips with your mobile phone.
