Menu for the night:
– Goi Guon (fresh/summer rolls) – is a great dish that is easy to make and can suit for everyone: those who eat meat and fish and for vegan people, cause you decide yourself what you want to have in your own roll. Rolls are not a science, but the sauce is a key! Goi Cuon is light, healthy and full of great flavours dish.
– Bun thit Nuong would be the main course – rice noodles with BBQ meat (different kinds of) mixed with herbs and, of course, fish sauce!
