Vietnamese Cuisine with Tram

Tram is a Vietnamese-Norwegian who has started Banh Mi Nam Nam, a popup concept promoting quality Vietnamese street food in Stavanger.

Her passion is food as she was exposed to multicultural food scenes thanks to her journeys abroad (Denmark, Germany, France, Malaysia, Australia) and being married to a Frenchman. During her expatriation in Paris, she pursued a 6-month intensive professional chef training in Paris and thought she would never work in the kitchen ever again, but here she is, ready to share her passions, tricks and recipes with you.

Come along to learn from Tram (Banh Mi Nam Nam) some delicious recipes and spend time with great people in a relaxed atmosphere!

Price: 450 kr / adult and only 380 kr for students and unemployed!

The price for the course is covering expenses related ingredients and administration/organization. Chefs are working pro-bono – so you are welcome to bring some cash for tips or you can use Vipps (just download the app) and send over tips with your mobile phone.
