INGREDIENTS: tsp = teaspoon tbsp = tablespoon
4 units of hallumi
Dried oregano, olive oil
or
Honning
PREPARATIONS:
- Heat a non-stick frying pan.
- TIP: don’t let it get too hot and it is not necessary to use all oil.
- Place the cheese and brown on all sides.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
Popular as a street-food snack in Brazil. The grilled skewered cheese sticks are easy to make and even easier to eat. If you can’t find the real deal, you can improvise using more commonly available ingredients, such as halloumi.
