INGREDIENTS: ts = teaspoon tbsp = tablespoon
4 eggs
4 potatoes
150 gr green beans
1 can tuna fish
4 tomatoes
1/2 cucumber
1 little red onion
50 gr black olives
3 tbsp capers (optional)
1 salad
4 filets anchovy
fresh basil
Vinaigrette:
1 dl olive oil
3 tbsp lemon juice
2 ts garlic
1/2 ts honey
PREPARATIONS:
- Boil the eggs for 6 minutes
- Boil the potatoes, put in the green beans in the water and boil for 2-3 minutes
- Cut the tomatoes, cucumber, onion and salad
- Arrange everything nicely on a big plate
- Mix together the ingredients for the vinaigrette, chop the garlic before adding it
