INGREDIENTS: ts = teaspoon tbsp = tablespoon
300 gr black olives without stone
3 garlic cloves
2 tbsp kapers
4 filets anchovy
3 tbsp olive oil
1/2 ts pepper
a bunch of parsley
PREPARATIONS:
- Peel the garlic and chop it
- Chop the parsley as well
- Mix all together in a jar and use the hand blender, let it be a little chunky
