French Cuisine with Therese – Tapenade

serve for 10

INGREDIENTS: ts = teaspoon tbsp = tablespoon 

300 gr black olives without stone

 3 garlic cloves

 2 tbsp kapers

 4 filets anchovy

 3 tbsp olive oil

 1/2 ts pepper

a bunch of parsley



  • Peel  the garlic and chop it
  • Chop the parsley as well

  • Mix all together in a jar and use the hand blender, let it be a little chunky
