Greek cuisine with Alexandra -Yogurt and Pineapple dessert

Serves 10

 

INGREDIENTS: ts = teaspoon tbsp = tablespoon

400gr yogurt strained

2 small packages krem fløtte

2 tins chopped pineapple strained

2 handful chopped hazelnuts.

 

PREPARATIONS:

 

  • In the mixer put the cold cream to make whipped cream

 

 

  • In a big bowl add the yogurt, the whipped cream, the pineapple and the hazelnuts and combine softly

 

 

  • Put in the fridge to be cold
