Greek cuisine with Alexandra – Zucchini fritters

INGREDIENTS: ts = teaspoon tbsp = tablespoon

500gr zucchini grated

200gr feta cheese crumbled

bunch of dill finely chopped

1 bunch mint finely chopped

2 spring onions finely chopped

2 eggs

80gr flour

Salt

Pepper

Frying oil

 

 

  • Add salt on the grated zucchini and press them to release the excess moist.

 

 

 

  •  Add them into o bowl along with all the other ingredients (except for the salt already used). 

 

 

 

  • With the help of two spoons put the mixture into the frying pan and fry the fritters until golden brown

 

 

 

  •  Put on a plate with paper to absorb the excess of oil.
