INGREDIENTS: ts = teaspoon tbsp = tablespoon
500gr zucchini grated
200gr feta cheese crumbled
⅓ bunch of dill finely chopped
1 bunch mint finely chopped
2 spring onions finely chopped
- Add salt on the grated zucchini and press them to release the excess moist.
- Add them into o bowl along with all the other ingredients (except for the salt already used).
- With the help of two spoons put the mixture into the frying pan and fry the fritters until golden brown
- Put on a plate with paper to absorb the excess of oil.
