Greek with Alexandra – Greek salad

serves 6

INGREDIENTS: Tbsp : Tablespoon Ts : Teaspoon

3 big tomatoes
1 cucumber
100gr feta cheese
1 small yellow onion
1 green pepper
1tbsp salt
2-3 tbsp olive oil
½ ts dried oregano


  • Cut the tomatoes into pieces and the cucumber into slices of ½ cm
  • Slice the pepper and the onion
  • Put all the ingredients in a deep plate.
  • Drizzle with salt and on the top, put the piece of feta cheese.
  • Then add the olive oil, and lastly the oregano.
