Greek with Alexandra – Slouvaki

INGREDIENTS: Tbsp : Tablespoon Ts : Teaspoon

600gr pork kotoleter
1ts paprika powder
1ts salt
1ts black pepper
1tbsp oregano
Olive oil


  • Chop the pork in 1cm pieces.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and the rest of ingredients and leave it for 15 min to marinate.
  • Put on each skewer 5 pieces of meat and grill them on preheated grill. Serve with little olive oil and finely chopped parsley.
