Indian Vegan Cuisine with Monika – DHANIYA CHUTNEY

INGREDIENTS: Tbsp : Tablespoon Ts : Teaspoon

1 cup chopped fresh coriander leaves

1 garlic clove

1 chopped green chilli

¼ cucumber

½ tomato

1 or 2 ts lemon juice

½ ts cumin powder (jeera powder)

1/4 ts coriander powder

one pinch asafoetida

black salt or rock salt or sea salt as required

 

PREPARATION :

 

  • In a blender or chutney grinder, add 1 cup chopped fresh coriander leaves, 1garlic clove, 1 chopped green chilli,1/4 cucumber, & 1/2 tomato
  • Add 1 or 2 tsp lemon juice, ½ tsp cumin powder (jeera powder), 1/4 teaspoon coriander powder, one pinch asafoetida and black salt or rock salt or sea salt as required.
  • With some water blend or grind all the ingredients in a blender or chutney grinder or magic bullet till smooth. check the seasoning and add more salt or lemon juice if required.
