Serves 5
INGREDIENTS: tsp = teaspoon tbsp = tablespoon
Yoghurt 250 gm
ginger 1 inch finely grated
2 tbsp. finely chopped coriander leaves
1tsp finely chopped mint leaves
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp chat masala
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
4 tbsp. finely chopped cucumber
salt to taste
DIRECTIONS:
- Mix all the ingredients into the yoghurt and mix well
