Indina with Joyita – LASSI

serves 2

INGREDIENTS:         Tbsp : Tablespoon Ts : Teaspoon

2 cups Gresk Yoghurt thick
1.5 – 2 cups Hel milk
10-12 tbsp Sugar
1 tsp Cardamom powder


  • In a blender whisk the yoghurt and milk
  • Add the sugar as required and blend
  • In a mortar take 8-10 cardamom pods and crush them, remove the husk and crush the seeds, crush to a fine powder
  • Add chilled water if required
  • Sprinkle the crushed cardamom on it
  • You can add ice cubes
