INGREDIENTS: Tbsp : Tablespoon Ts : Teaspoon
2 cups Gresk Yoghurt thick
1.5 – 2 cups Hel milk
10-12 tbsp Sugar
1 tsp Cardamom powder
PREPARATION :
- In a blender whisk the yoghurt and milk
- Add the sugar as required and blend
- In a mortar take 8-10 cardamom pods and crush them, remove the husk and crush the seeds, crush to a fine powder
- Add chilled water if required
- Sprinkle the crushed cardamom on it
- You can add ice cubes
