Serves 6
INGREDIENTS: tsp = teaspoon tbsp = tablespoon
400 gt Minced Chicken meat
1 Egg
2 tbsp Breadcrumbs
2 Lemon
3 tbsp Parmesan cheese
salt, pepper, butter, parsley and sage as needed
PREPARATIONS:
- Blend meat, egg, breadcrumb, parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, parsley and some chopped sage leaves in a pot
- Add lemon peel
- Blend with bare hands to obtain a compact and homogenous mixture
- Create meatballs with your hands
- Pour some oil in a frying pan and warm up
- Cook the meatballs for few minutes, then add some butter, sage, lemon juice and some lemon peel.
- Keep cooking for at least 10 minutes then serve hot
