INGREDIENTS: tsp = teaspoon tbsp = tablespoon
2 Egg
140 gr Sugar
320 gr flour
120 gr Butter
Baking powder
Lemon peel
200 gr Nutella
Icing sugar as needed
PREPARATIONS:
- Preheat the oven at 180°C
- Pour flour, sugar and eggs in a pot and mix with a fork
- Add butter and the baking powder
- Knead with bare hands until you get a crumbled mixture
- Butter a baking tray
- Put half of the mixture on the baking tray
- Spread the Nutella, leaving 1 cm from the edges
- Cover with the rest of the crumbled mixture
- Bake at 180°C for 30/40 minutes
