Italian Cuisine with Eliana – Nutella crumble tart

Serves 1 tart 

INGREDIENTS: tsp = teaspoon tbsp = tablespoon

2 Egg 

140 gr Sugar 

320 gr flour 

120 gr Butter 

Baking powder

Lemon peel

200 gr Nutella 

Icing sugar as needed


  • Preheat the oven at 180°C

  • Pour flour, sugar and eggs in a pot and mix with a fork

  • Add butter and the baking powder

  • Knead with bare hands until you get a crumbled mixture

  • Butter a baking tray

  • Put half of the mixture on the baking tray

  • Spread the Nutella, leaving 1 cm from the edges

  • Cover with the rest of the crumbled mixture

  • Bake at 180°C for 30/40 minutes
