INGREDIENTS: tsp = teaspoon tbsp = tablespoon
250 gr Flour 00 type
110 gr Sugar
75 gr Butter
160 ml Milk
50 gr Cacao
5 gr Cremor tartaro
1 tbsp Honey
1 ts Cinnamon powder
1 Grated orange peel
To garnish:
150 gr Orange jam
150 gr Black chocolate
25 gr Butter
Pistachio crumbs as needed
PREPARATIONS:
- In the kitchen aid, put: flour, cacao and sugar, then mix
- Add honey, butter (in small pieces), grated orange peel, creamer tartaro and milk
- Stir until you get a uniform mixture; it shall be soft and sticky
- Create small balls using the obtained mixture and put them in a baking tray covered with baking paper.
- Bake in static oven (180 °C 20 minutes)
- Take out of oven and let cool down
- Paint the balls with orange jam
- Put the black chocolate and butter in a glass pot, then melt for few minutes in a microwave oven
- Glaze the balls by immersing them in the melted chocolate (only half), then sprinkle with pistachio crumbs
- Let dry for a few minutes then serve
