Korean cuisine with Jieun – Gamja Ham Bokkeum

Serves 4


INGREDIENTS: tsp = teaspoon tbsp = tablespoon

200g Potatos
½ Carrot
100g Ham
1 tbsp Sesame seeds
1 tbsp Pepper
1 tbsp Salt
5 tbsp Cooking oil



  • Shred carrot, ham, potatos into thin sticks
  • Put the potatos sticks into water for 5 min to remove starch  and strain them
  • Heat some oil in pan over medium-high heat and stir-fry the potatos first and then put stir-fry the carrot and ham
  • Add salt and pepper
  • Garnish the dish with sesame seeds and serve
