Serves 3-4
INGREDIENTS: tsp = teaspoon tbsp = tablespoon
For the pancakes
- 220g Kimchi
- 250g Flour
- 1 Egg
- 100g Shrimp
- 500ml Water
- 5 tbsp Cooking oil
- ½ tsp Pepper
For the sauce
- 2 tbsp Soya sauce
- 2 tbsp Vinegar
- ½ tsp Red pepper powder
- ½ tsp Sesame oil
DIRECTIONS :
- Mix all the ingredients for the pancakes together
- Put the cooking oil in the frying pan
- Make flat cake and fried them on the both sides
- For the sauce, just mix all the ingredients together
