Korean Cuisine with Jieun – Korean salad

Serves 4 

 INGREDIENTS: ts = teaspoon tbsp = tablespoon 

         2 tbsp soya sauce 

            2 tbsp sugar

            2 tbsp vinegar

    1 ts sesame oil

1 ts pepper 

         0,5 pieces Yellow paprika

          0,5 pieces onion 

         0,5 pieces cucumber

            1 Apple

           8 leafs lettuce


  • Wash all the vegetables and take out of water.
  • Pour the sliced onion into the water for 10 minutes after take out water.
  • Cut cucumber and Yellow paprika into finger length 3cm, Thin slices.
  • Cut apples into cubes.
  • Cut lettuce in  3cm stripes 
  • Put all other ingredients on Mix all sauces.
