Korean cuisine with Jieun – Tteok Galbi

Serves 5

INGREDIENTS: tsp = teaspoon tbsp = tablespoon

1kg Ground beef meat
12 tbsp Soya sauce
11 tbsp Sugar
2 tbsp Sesame oil
1 Onion
1 Scallion
1 tsp Pepper


  • Chop scallion and onion in small pieces
  • Mix with your hands, in a bowl, the meat with soya sauce, the sugar and the sesame oil
  • Then add the scallion and onion and mix all together
  • Add the pepper and form burgers with your hands
  • Grill in a frying pan  – medium high heat
