Korean with Jisu – Scampi salad and Oriental dressing 2 ways

3 tbsp. Butter
5 cloves Garlic
500 g Frozen scampi
Salt and Pepper
1 bag Salad mix

Sesame dressing:
½ cup Sesame seeds
½ cup Soy sauce
½ cup Sugar
½ cup Mayonnaise
½ cup Water

Yuzu dressing:
3 tbsp. Yuzu syrup
2 tbsp. Olive oil
1 tbsp. Lemon juice
1 pinch Salt
25 g Onion


• In a skillet, melt the butter.
• Add the garlic and then the shrimps, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Stir for around 7 minutes.
• Remove from the heat and let them cool down.
• For both dressings, mix all the ingredients together and then blend them using a blender.
