Korean with Jieun – Korean salad

Serves 4

INGREDIENTS: tsp = teaspoon tbsp = tablespoon

2 tbsp     Soya sauce

2 tbsp   Sugar

2 tbsp     Vinegar

1 tsp         Sesame oil

1   tsp     Pepper

0,5 pieces   Yellow paprika

0,5 pieces Onion

0,5 pieces Cucumber

1      Apple

8 leafs Lettuce


  • Wash all the vegetables

  • Pour the sliced ​​onion into the water for 10 minutes, then take out of the water

  • Cut cucumber and Yellow paprika into thin slices, about 3 cm length
  • Cut apples into cubes.

  • Put all the ingredients in a bowl.

  • Mix all the ingredients for the sauce.
