INGREDIENTS: Tbsp : Tablespoon Ts : Teaspoon
- 400g sweet potato
- 100ml cooking oil
- 1ts sesame seed
- 2ts almond slices
- 3ts honey
- 3ts sugar
PREPARATION :
- Wash sweet potato with clean tap water
- Cut sweet potato square shape
- Put oil onto a pan and hit in
- Put all the square-cut sweet potatos on to the pan and fry them
- Put 3 spoons of sugar and 3 spoons honey on them when they are yellowish
- Fry till sugar and honey is melt away
- Sprinkle sesame seed and almond slices
