1kg mince meat
5 peeled and diced potatoes
4 clove peeled garlic
2 medium onions
6 small tomatoes
1 cup Sunflower oil (to fry the potatoes)
24 tortillas


First, stir fry meat but do not use oil. Stir fry potatoes, with oil. Take potatoes out from oil, put them to drain oil. Blend tomatoes, garlic and onions. Once the meat is partially cooked, add the tomatoes, garlic and onion mix, and stir for a couple of minutes then add potatoes. Simmer on medium heat for about 30 minutes.
