Serves 4
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup hibiscus flower
1,5-liter water
¾ cups sugar
Ice cubes
DIRECTIONS :
- Cook the hibiscus flower in a 1,5-liter water pot for 10 minutes
- Let it cool down and drain in a colander
- Discard the flowers
- Add sugar and mix. Taste. If it is too tart for your taste, add more water and/or sugar to correct for tartness and sweetness.
